Larry, Cecil, Robbie, and Jeremy from Layfayette La were back in Hopedale for another round of fantastic fishing action. A few weeks back Larry and crew got in the bull reds good and a few trout. Today I was determined to get them into some serious trout catching. We got right into action first thing drifting some lagoons using popping corks with live shrimp and plastics. Things cooled down and we were on the hunt, a few trout were ever we went adding to the box. Robbie and Larry said lets go after reds. A few stops later Robbie landed and released big Bull Red 16 lbs. A few more stops and we found a few slot sized to keep. AWESOME DAY! These guy's are always a lot of fun. It took awhile but the mission was a success, Box full of trout and reds to top it off.
