Fun fishing Thursday on the Beach. I had the pleasure of fishing with Chris Wegman, and family, Joe, Greg, and Ben. These guys are all very good fishermen that know how to have fun time on the water. We hit the same area I have been catching in and it was on. Campo's live shrimp under a cork or on a Carolina rig the Trout were eating them up. They also were eating the Bayou Chubs. Stayed in one spot and filled the boat. Great time with great people on a beautiful fall day, as good as it gets. Total for the day was 100 Trout, 4 Reds, 8 Drum, 6 Sheepshead, and 1 Flounder.
The Trout have moved inside and are eating up. Come on down and see what a great fishery we have in the Shell Beach area.
