Fun on the Beach yesterday. I had the pleasure of fishing with John and his dad. We started off on the edge of the Sound fishing with Campo's live shrimp under a cork. The Trout were there and coming to the boat at a good clip till a big Bull Red came and busted up the party. Once John got it into the boat the guys said they wanted to catch some more big Reds, so with a few Trout short of our limits we headed deeper into the Sound. We made a few moves and there was constant reel screaming action at each. The teeth and junk were thick, but so were the big Reds and Drum and enough big Trout to finish those limits off. The guys sat there having a blast till we were out of bait. The guys had a great time putting 75 Trout, 3 Reds, and 3 Heads on ice along with too many big reds to count they released.
