Fun Saturday on the Beach. Onboard was Steven Spears, his two kids Mattie and Patrick. With Steve's friend Pat joining them. The group was fishing the Boat Stuff Rodeo out of BSM. It was cold and the wind was blowing hard as we headed down the bayou to Campo's where we picked up bait. The tide was falling hard and we found some birds diving were water was pouring out of the marsh. Fishing with Campo's live shrimp under a cork they were catching some good Trout. The bite did not last for long so we moved into a close by bayou. Here we fished on the bottom with live shrimp on a Carolina rig and got on a good Trout bite. With a nice pile of fish in the boat we left them biting. They were ready to head on in to warm up and weigh in their fish. They had a great time and caught 60 Trout, 2 Drum, 4 Sheepshead, and 1 Flounder.
