Today, I am fishing with Peter, Paul and John down at Flamingo, its part of a 2 boat deal and there is a lot of smack talk between the two groups. The pressure is really on to catch some fish! The morning started out with a couple of missed Snook bites , Peter finally caught a Snook and then a 25" Redfish. Paul had a big Jack, Snook and a couple decent Trout. Tarpon were high on the list of fish to catch today so we went looking for them. The Tarpon were really scattered today so we got on the trolling motor and chased them. The bonus here was the Tripletails were thick! John made a good cast with the Twitch n Rap, I told him twitch it and let it pause. That's all it took, he was hooked up. It was a really tough battle with a jumping Tripletail which we finally boated it weighed in at 8 lbs. We continued after Tarpon but kept bumping into Tripletails, we hooked two more big ones. Paul got a great shot at a Tarpon that was laid up on the surface, he cast the Twitch n rap in front twitched it and let it suspend. I yelled "your on" as the Tarpon jumped 6 feet in the air and took off, Paul fought the fish and we got it up to the boat for some photo's and relesed it. The tide was starting to come in and I wanted to get the other guys a shot at Tarpon so we ran to a "secret spot". We followed the Tarpon in with the tide and cast at them for an hour hooking plenty but landing none, The guys also released another Red, several more Snook a couple of Jacks a Ladyfish.

I can do the same for you just give me a call at 305-333-8149
