Great day on the Beach Wednesday. On board for the day were Kevin Adams and his son Tyler. Armed with a load of Campo's live shrimp we headed on down the MRGO. The wind blew harder and harder the further down we got the channel. We stayed in Eloi trying to stay behind the protection of the rocks. The rough conditions made for a slow bite, but the Trout were nice sized. By 10:30 we had about 26 Trout in the box and the wind and seas started to lay down so off to the Sound we went. Made one stop and got a good bite of some big 2-4 pound Trout. We called it quits at 1:00 to head in with 61 Trout, 1 Drum and 1 Flounder. The guys are pretty good fisherman and had a great time.
The fishing in Shell Beach right now is red hot. 4 anglers $175 per person to fish. this includes bait gas ice tackle and fishing equipment. We offer 2200 square feet of deluxe accommodations with flat screen plasma TV's that are Cable ready. We also have excellent sleeping quarters and cooking facilities to boot. Fish out of our boats or yours.
