What a great way to start the month of July. The fireworks began early for 3 ladies today. Falon, Lauren and Marge landed 7 huge redfish. Falon landed the largest which weighed 36 pounds. Falon totaled 3 fish and Lauren and Marge each had 2 fish. We hooked 9 total, but one broke off and the other pulled the hook. We fished a school of over 200 fish today and it was a blast. The fish ate cut bait and crabs just about everytime we got a bait in the school. Each fight lasted a good 15 -20 minutes. The ladies did an excellent job fighting the fish. The fishing only gets better in July and August so now is the time to get your name on the books for an adventure. Just seeing these fish is awesome. They are majestic to watch as they fin and hump their backs out of the water. A great cast and it is a done deal. Happy 4th of July!
