On Saturday 6/20, hosted the Frank Capobianco Charter for a ½ day Sea Bass trip. Left the dock at 7am and around 11, had a throttle cable break while anchoring on a piece. Got the engine to go back into gear by noon for the ride home. All in the guys boxed 26 Sea Bass and tossed back countless shorts with some blackfish & fluke mixed in. Lost the pics due to a new/bad data card.

On Sunday 6/21, spent Father's day hosting my good friend John Toronto and our families. Made a quick 30 minute drop for Sea Bass. Fish were hungry and we were hooked up as soon as we hit the bottom. Kept 12 for dinner and then made the run to the city to catch the Red Bull Air Race with a photo stop at the Statue of liberty. Watching the race was a little hairy as you had to remain underway on the drift so I spent more time watching the boats around me and trying to stay behind the security zone line than the race. Still cool to see. Broke the the Magma and grilled lunch. Nice change of pace. On the way in watched Bunker Pods pouring into the bay right to Atlantic Highlands. Good time with good friends and family.
