Saturday report from the Beach. On board for the day were Paul Talazac, Michael Talazac, Chris Talazac and Sonny Lawson. We started off fishing a point in Four Horse were we found some birds diving and shrimp jumping. The action was fast, but the keeper ratio was low. There were a lot of nice White Trout mixed in with the Specks. Once this bite slowed down we moved to a pond were I caught plenty of fish in Friday, but the action was slow. After making a few moves we got on a really good bite and the Trout were flying in the boat. We ended the day with a box full of 125 Specks, 45 White Trout, 2 Reds, and 3 Heads. All fish caught on Campo's live shrimp under a cork.
The Fall bite is here and the fish are closer in and hungry. Don't miss out on the best fishing of the year, call today. Campo's is open with fuel, live bait, ice, and two back down ramps. Nice and easy launching with helpful advice from the Campo's is waiting for you. For your next fishing adventure call United Charters. Very nice overnight accommodations are available. 504-439-1680.
