Allen Daniels and crew braved some super gusty winds the other day to catch a good box of trout. Met Allen at the dock with super windy and possible rain discussed the option of rescheduling NO WAY these guys were ready to brave the weather and fish, ALL RIGHT WE ARE ON! Saw a lot of birds in the Hopedale Lagoon area so I investigated. First drift a couple of nice trout 2 to 4 lbs, WOW in the rough stuff 2-foot waves. Made several more drifts picking up nice trout on each one with one that tipped the scales at FIVE LBS. All plastic under cork. Made the rounds staying out the wind and fished up with a GOOD CATCH FOR SOME WINDY CONDITIONS.
