Lyman Thornton his sons Jacob and Bradley brought Justin Caulfield and his son Parker from Baton Rouge drove down to Hopedale this morning to get the boys on some fishing action before school started back up. Well that is just what they got. Right from the star these little guy's were having a blast catching trout. Lyman and Justin were in the action too. Then things slow a bit we moved around picking up a few at each stop then the last stop was the charm nice trout all 2 to 3 lb range were eating up. Croakers and shrimp under corks every cast. Finished up with an even 100 trout on ice and headed in around 1 pm before it got too hot.
AWESOME DAY I love watching those kids's catching fish.
