Trout Today!!!!!
OH! And everything else!
Well today Dr. Joe and his friend Paul were on my boat, and what a great day it was!!
Instantly at our first stop the trout started to fly into the boat, Dr. Joe and Paul were hitting them like crazy. Shrimp Jumping in the front, no in the back, hurry trout are busting them on the port side-----I think you get the picture!!!
After we slammed the trout, we moved in and started to fish for the reds and drum. It didn't take long for them to start coming to the boat. Nice Puppy Drum and Huge reds on live shrimp......We had our limit of drum quick but the reds were mostly over 27" but we did catch six smaller ones for the box.
The guys finished the day with 50 trout, 10 drum and 6 reds (caught and released many over 27"). It was a great day and Dr. Joe is one of my members of my www.inshoreuniversity.com and is learning fast how to catch inshore fish!!!!
Capt. Shane Robin was out today also and his crew did well too. The youngster on the boat was the top angler and the old men told me that he really did catch the big BULL REDS today. As usual when we were cleaning the reds he wanted to see all of the crabs, shrimp and minnows that the fish were eating. They love that stuff!!!
Well, business is a little slow right now so put us to work, but the fishing is off the hook so don't miss out!!!!
