We had the Lake Area Electric crew today and Leger had the half that got onthe wrong boat..both plans called for tuna and snapper..and it couldnt have gone any better for both species on my boat..we got 3 tuna right off the bat then a luckshot..150 pouinder in the chum that ate a live bait on 60# flouro..here's the kicker - it was landed in 15 minutes!! Fish came in the chum slick but wouldnt eat..flung a live bait and it crushed it..it ran on the surface for a good 2 minutes so we chased..caught up with it and it took off again..same drill..gave chase..when we caught up the second time 10 minutes later it made a wide circle and swam right to the gaff where John and I hauled it over the rail..and totally amazed..I have watched a dozen of 60-80 pounders get the better of 2 dozen people last two weeks..We suspect it was tail wrapped the few minutes before we gaffed it..anyway..score one for the humans...we gave up on the tuna an hour later in order to find all the wahoos that cut us of fthe day before..nothing anywhere we tried..score on for the fish..on to snapper..fastest limit in weeks..roughly 10 minutes..score again for humans..on to cobia..coveredafew miles on a grassline..went one for 2 on dolphin and 1-9 on cobia..even the score - fish 2 humans 2.we called it early and arrived at the dock at 4pm..Leger's crew roled in 4 hours later with 2 yellowfins and a limit of snapper..enjoy the pics.. Laugh it up King!!!
