VENICE,LOUISIANA:
Wanted to share this email that I got from Michael Shankle, Shreveport, who was on a 24hr. trip on the STRIKE ZONE TOO last weekend. The had a limit of nice Red Snappers, a lot of big 20 lb Blackfin and six Yellowfin 50 to 80 lbs. They fished 60 miles south of South Pass.
Hey Gary,
We had a great time. Those guys on that boat worked there butts off for us. We really appreciated them! The trolling was very slow, but there were lots of blackfin to catch when we arrived at the tuna spot for the night. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip. I was the only one who had seen the gulf before, and been on previous tuna trips. This is by far the best tuna trip I have been on. I cant imagine what it would be like if the yellowfin were biting good??? The boat was amazing!!! Great accommodations!!! Great Staff!!!
I will send you a couple pictures of the fish. We all have plenty of fresh fish to eat.
Thanks again for the great trip and we all look forward to going again!!!!!!

We had a day trip last Saturday and Capt. Charlie Durand on the Stress Management managed to capture 15 Dolphin.
GUATEMALA:
Bad weather and no boats fished last week...this is very rare in Guatemala...This Friday I have a Louisiana group of six anglers going to show my Guatemala friends how to catch Marlin...We will keep you posted....We have some opening on our August and September trips....Also check out the video that rodnreel filmed in Guatemala last month.
Capt. Kevin is on a 24hr trip tonight and has three back to back in the next few days. We should have some good reports and well as some nice pictures.
The 4th of July weekend just opened up...My group that had both boats chartered had to move to another date . This is a great weekend to take your family or friends on a charter, or take the big 55' for a cruse to Florida...Fish on the way and party in Destin ON YOUR OWN 55' YACHT.
Give us a call for your next "FISHING FIX"
