Due diligence by the State of Louisiana, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Food and Drug Administration and the National Marine Fisheries Service have proven that he fish and/or seafood have not been hurt or damaged as a result of last years oil spill, it is simply not the case!

The risk assessment assessment process includes developing and implementing sampling plans, conducting sensory and/or chemical testing, and evaluating results. The process is repeated as necessary.

Because these guys are testing and sampling more seafood from Louisiana waters than they ever have before We know that the seafood is safer than ever!
