We moved on to the flats at marker 32. There was a lot of small bait spraying there, but most of it could swim right through the net. I tried several spots in the area, but was never able to get descent bait. I was getting weary in the heat.

Snook, The Red Tide we had in the latter part of July is fully gone and the fishing has gotten back to normal. The water temperatures are in the 80's and the snook are on the bite! The white bait is everywhere and with the warmer temperatures and that means great snook fishing. Most of the snook are still in and near the passes and beaches.
