Fishing charters Ft. Lauderdale Kid fishing (11/10/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Our fishing charters here in ft. Lauderdale continue to offer some fun action on and just off the reefs. Sailfish bites are pretty regular now and some really nice Mahi-Mahi continue to work the reefs and schools of Bally-hoo all the way inside of 50 feet of water. These fish are often chasing these bait schools and watching for the bait showering will put you on fish. Occasional Bonito in there but most of the chasing is being done by Mahi-Mahi.
Fishing charters in Ft. Lauderdale catching Sailfish, Dorado and Kings (11/05/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Fishing charters in Ft. Lauderdale continue to offer good catches. The continuing on shore winds have pushed some Dorado (Mahi-Mahi /Dolphin) up inside and close to shore. Sailfish which almost always like a good breeze are working the bait along the outside and inside reefs and giving us opportunities both trolling and on live baits.
Kings, Kings and some Mahi (10/29/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] That big King Moon is here and the tides are wickedly high once again as they were with the last one , the Blood Moon. Seems everything has a name now days.
Deep sea fishing charters Fort Lauderdale (10/24/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We continue to see some good action along the reef lines on our Deep sea fishing charters. Fort Lauderdale weather has been pleasant with comfortable wave conditions, but there is a front coming in on Sunday evening and it is expected to blow pretty good.
Fort Lauderdale fishing charters report (10/22/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We are continuing to experience some strong near shore fishing on our Fort Lauderdale fishing charters as you can see by the catch pictured here of Will and his crew. Fifteen Kings and two Wahoo on this trip the first Hoos we have caught since that last moon. The Kings were located in water from 100 to 160 feet and the best bite was just to the north of our inlet.
Deep Sea fishing Ft. Lauderdale report (10/11/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The weather continues to remain very reasonable. Only a few very scattered showers as the storm passed and really no thunder or lightning out here on the beach and ocean. Deep Sea fishing is always more fun when you aren't looking over your shoulder at approaching weather. Continued westerly winds keeping the near shore water calm and comfortable.
Fishing trips in Fort Lauderdale (10/06/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The storm has passed just far enough to our East and we continue to run our daily fishing trips here in Fort Lauderdale. The Southeastern Bahamas got hit hard.
Fishing charters in Fort Lauderdale (10/02/2015)

Fishing in Ft.Lauderdale late September (9/28/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Here it is late in September and the fishing in Ft. Lauderdale is showing some signs of change. While still plenty warm here and the rain has been persistent with at least one visit almost every day there are some subtle changes.
Ft. lauderdale fishing charters (9/23/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We spend a lot of time on the reefs here on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters as bending the rods on charters is of course a priority and often the reefs do just that. But today we had a 6 hour trip and with a clear morning we chose to take a shot offshore.
Fishing in Fort Lauderdale in September (9/16/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] And here it is already September. September is actually a pretty good month to fish here and fishing in Fort Lauderdale this month will reward anglers big and small with some good catches.
Fishing in Ft. Laudedrdale charter report (9/10/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] This Fort Lauderdale fishing report comes as we tail off of the last moon. The weather of course continues to be warm and getting into the low 90s and that is typical for fishing in Ft. Lauderdale as we get into September.
Full moon Fort Lauderdale fishing report (9/03/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] This Fort Lauderdale fishing report comes during a full moon. The moon affects almost all types of fishing, but in many different ways in various places.
Deep Sea fishing report Ft. Lauderdale (9/01/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Essentially calm seas and still mornings have been the norm here in Ft. Lauderdale. Deep sea fishing conditions have been favorable and offshore once again has produced some Mahi-Mahi around debris and current edges.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters (8/22/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We are experiencing some pleasant conditions on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters. A bit of wet weather down below us but up here the rain storms have backed off the last few days. Typical summer heat and less wind which makes it feel a little warmer but makes for nice fishing with a minimal seas.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters report (8/13/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We continue to experience few surprises on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters as we begin the month of August.

Ft Lauderdale fishing report (7/27/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] This Ft. Lauderdale fishing report we will spend some time on the Wahoo. The Wahoo fishing off Fort Lauderdale this summer continues to be a very welcome high point on our offshore fishing trips.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing (7/18/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The last several days have been productive here in Ft. Lauderdale. Fishing along the edges of the reefs have resulted in good action for Kings, Bonito, a few Tuna and some Sailfish activity again.
Deep Sea fishing charters Ft. Lauderdale (7/13/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Our weather is quite nice now and our Deep Sea fishing charters here off Ft. Lauderdale are going strong. Kids are out of school and summertime charters are often family groups this time of year. It is best to try to reserve early to have the best choice of available date(s).
Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea fishing with kids. (7/04/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Summer has arrived and that means a lot of our Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea fishing charters involve children of all ages. That 1st photo is of Donna holding her whopper Bonito.
Fishing in Ft Lauderdale (6/23/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The offshore fishing here in FT. Lauderdale has yielded some better action when compared to last week. We actually had a day when we caught 7 Kings on a four hour charter.
Deep Sea fishing charters in Ft Lauderdale (6/12/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We continue to pick away at the fish on our Deep Sea fishing trips here in Ft. Lauderdale. We are using the term pick away because not all of the trips produce nice fish such as these two Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna which came aboard early during a shared half day morning charter.
Children and Ft. Lauderdale deep sea fishing (5/29/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Weekends right now are for the kids, and children plus deep sea fishing makes for a fun charter here aboard Marlin My Darlin. Pictured are John and his boys and their half day catch of Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo and a Mahi-Mahi. Every one qualifies as a Moby Dick, just ask them. Drop a couple of the lures down a size to draw a few more bites. Bend the rod, catch a fish and try to bend the rod some more.
Fort Lauderdale fishing report (5/25/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Our Fort Lauderdale fishing report for the beginning of the fourth week of May is a pretty good indication of the summer patterns of fishing here in South Florida.
Deep Sea fishing Ft Lauderdale (5/19/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Our charters for Deep Sea fishing here in Ft Lauderdale are producing some quality fish for our fishermen. The weather is for the most part remaining pleasant with afternoon temperatures falling short of 90. To me 90 has a hot ring to it and 89 just seems so comfortable..... So it has been nice (below 90) with the south east breeze continuing to blow every day taking that edge off the heat.
Fishing charters Ft Lauderdale (5/14/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We're feeling the heat, upper 80s again, but the south east wind is cooling it down a bit on our fishing charters in Ft. Lauderdale. If we didn't have a breeze it would be warm to almost anyone as we haven't had a lot of time to adjust just yet to the brighter sun. Seas 2 to 3 feet day after day and an occasional shower to help that SE breeze take the edge off.
Improving action on Fort Lauderdale fishing charters (4/28/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Here off of Fort Lauderdale fishing charters are offering better action and also some larger fish as well. We have picked away at the Kings and some are really nice ones as you can see by the fatty that Denise has across her arms.
Fort Lauderdale fishing charter update (4/15/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The winter has certainly left us here in Ft. Lauderdale as every day is up above 85 by early afternoon. Too warm too soon for me but I know a lot of people are loving this weather. Almost every Ft. Lauderdale fishing charter this last week has had a few similarities.
Deep Sea fishing Ft. Lauderdale (3/31/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Pictured are Walt and Casey with a prime example of true Deep Sea fishing here in Ft. Lauderdale. That nice Tilefish they are holding came off the bottom in over 700 feet of water with a few more of his deep water buddies ( limit is one per person) to hit the ice during this Bachelor Party charter. We have had some nice weather here, pleasant sea conditions, and low current conditions have allowed us to successfully target the Golden Tiles almost right out front of the inlet.
Mahi on Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters (3/22/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] As we get ready to enter into the third week of March our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters continue to yield some decent catches. The weather remains stellar, almost too hot again, and it really does seem to be the end of our stunted winter season. They were calling for 86 today and thankfully I think they fell a little short of that, at least on the water.
Deep Sea fishing in Ft. Lauderdale improves (3/13/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We are catching some decent Mahi-Mahi as the deep sea fishing here in Ft. Lauderdale continues to improve. Continued action on the smaller Blackfin Tuna, especially in the afternoons.
Fort Lauderdale fishing Mahi-Mahi (3/02/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] On our last report we spoke about the much awaited cold (cooler) fronts and how the anticipated upswing for offshore Fort Lauderdale fishing really didn't turn many heads or really last very long to boot. Slow tough days on the water and an occasional nice catch. And then there are the good days. Memorable days, which keep us all coming back.
Ft Lauderdale fishing mid February (2/22/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] As we begin the third week of February we find ourselves once again experiencing erratic fishing. The colder air we were all hoping for and then happily greeted did push some Sailfish and Mahi into the area,we picked away at them, and now it has once again slowed.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing trips with cooler weather brings Sailfish action (2/04/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The recent cooler weather conditions have had a positive affect on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing trips. That nasty weather up north recently has lowered our temperatures in the early morning to the low to mid 50s, and that has been good news.
Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea Fishing with the kids (1/27/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] When John called ahead to reserved the Marlin My Darlin he said Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea fishing was what he wanted for his kids Ruben and Aaron.
Ft Lauderdale fishing charters (1/21/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] As you can see by the Mahi-Mahi in the photo with his captor Dounia (and 1st mate Brian) there are some decent sized Mahi available on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters.
Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea fishing (1/15/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] As we now move through the second week of January it would seem as though Sailfish are on every fisherman's mind as they head offshore to spend some time Ft. Lauderdale Deep Sea fishing. That said we are managing a few more Sails than the last couple of weeks but they continue to be erratic at best. We continue to chip away at them having seen as many trolling (once again) as we have on the live baits.
Fishing in Ft. Lauderdale (1/06/2015)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Fishing in Ft. Lauderdale continues on the erratic side for most Pelagic species. There are few Sails in our area and other than a one day bite in deep water, and only an early bite at that, they are difficult to find. We again continue to chip away at the Kings typically managing a few for our clients. We have managed to land some Mahi-Mahi but they are not an everyday catch.
Ft Lauderdale fishing charter (12/26/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The wonderful weather continues here in Ft. Lauderdale but fishing charter catches remain erratic and fish numbers are down, but we are still picking away at an occasional really good fish. We continue to hammer away at the reefs to get the most action possible. Off the edge has only produced small Blackfin Tuna with most being under 5 pounds. The Mahi-Mahi in the area seem to be more inclined to be up on the reef or at least very close in.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing report (12/19/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] This Ft. Lauderdale fishing report comes to you with some fantastic news. The weather is off the scale and as we have said before this is why we call South Florida home. Upper 50s at night and climbing into the 70s during the day. Sunny day after day and virtually no wind as of late. Postcard perfect and Chamber of Commercedays as for sure. Nice and even nicer out on the water. But the fishing.......not as predictable.
Fort Lauderdale fishing on the reefs (12/13/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The weather is a bit cooler and we have continued to pick away at the Mahi-Mahi, Kings and we are seeing the Sails better now with this cooler weather and it's a nice change for us . Pleasant fishing yesterday with clean clear blue water right out front and some current as well.
Ft Lauderdale fishing charters producing Sails and Mahi-Mahi (12/05/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] We continue to see the Mahi-Mahi pushed up right against the 3rd reef line and even onto the second reef line which is only about of a mile offshore of the beach.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing trips Sails and Mahi-Mahi (12/01/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] The wind has picked up here as expected , but we are enjoying some good fishing as a result of that steady breeze. Our Ft. Lauderdale fishing trips are producing good opportunities for Mahi-Mahi (Dorado / Dolphin Fish) and as before we are finding these fish close in, mostly within a mile and a half of shore.
Ft Lauderdale fishing good after frontal system (11/26/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Late November has proven a close replica of last couple of years of Ft Lauderdale fishing catches. We spoke hopefully of a push of Sailfish into our area in this forum very recently and the last front has given us just that scenario. We had the pleasure of having Roland and Sharon aboard the Marlin My Darlin this morning as we steered slightly south and offshore of our inlet and began the charter in 140 feet of water.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters in November (11/20/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] As we work our way into November our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters are again following for the most part the patterns of the last couple of Novembers. We have now seen a few early seasonal fronts move through our area.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters (11/14/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Once again we are experiencing beautiful weather here for our Ft. Lauderdale fishing charters. Almost cloudless skies with lots of sun and very little wind. The Winter seasonal weather is certainly not here as of yet. A brief cool snap or two and we are right back to almost 85 early in the afternoon. All of this beautiful weather lately has toughened up the bite for us and we are covering lots of area and surface and bottom fishing to get our bites.
Ft. Lauderdale fishing Kings and Sailfish (10/30/2014)
[Fort Lauderdale,FL] Lots of school sized Kings and a few Sails showing up with the modest cool front on our Ft. Lauderdale fishing trips. Most of the Kings now are between 4 and 7 pounds.
