Memorial Day Weekend Fishing Report (5/25/2019)
[Miami,FL] Wow! To say that May fishing has been good is an understatement. Although the winds kicked up this weekend pausing the action, it has been excellent. Not only have we been catching a lot of fish but the variety and quality of fish hasn't disappointed. We've been catching a combination of blackfin tuna, mutton snapper, black grouper, amberjack, kingfish, almaco jacks, hammerhead sharks, and more.

[Miami,FL] Fishing has been very good over the last month or so despite not so ideal conditions on many trips. Look for fishing to get red hot once these conditions improve. More frequent cold fronts will also drive more fish into the area.
Bottom Fishing Heats Up! (8/03/2015)
[Miami,FL] We have been experiencing a good snapper bite from both yellowtail and mutton snapper. The mangrove snapper were also biting good at night before the full moon.
Steady Mahi Action off Miami (7/20/2015)
[Miami,FL] Dolphin fishing has remained steady off Miami and Miami Beach. Closer to shore we have been catching snapper, jacks, bonito, and some kingfish.

[Miami,FL] Mahi fishing should get better and better during the day. Look for the snapper fishing to also pick up day and night.

[Miami,FL] The next few weeks will provide some of the best fishing of the year. The largest mahi, kingfish, and blackfin tuna are starting to move in.

[Miami,FL] After somewhat of a slow start to the season, things are finally starting to turn around. Now, with more cold front headed down look for action to steadily improve.

[Miami,FL] Fishing will get better and better with each passing front. Look for pods of hungry sailfish moving through. Closer to shore tarpon will start moving in off the beaches and around the inlets and bridges.

[Miami,FL] August and September are transition months here in South Florida but with some hard work there are plenty of nice fish to go around. Fishing will start getting better very soon.

[Miami,FL] Fishing has been pretty good off Miami. Offshore there are still plenty of mahi to go around and on the reefs we're catching snapper, grouper, sailfish, and sharks.

[Miami,FL] June is a transition month which sees a slowdown of sailfishing and we see more dolphin in the am and snapper in the afteroons and evenings.
Best Action of the Year (3/25/2014)
[Miami,FL] So far March has been by far the best month of the year. We've been catching lots of sailfish, kingfish, and dolphin. Wrecks are holding amberjack and soon permit. Tuna should also be showing up here real soon.

[Chokoloskee,FL] We've finally settled into our typical summer pattern and the fishing has also hit its stride. Snapper and dolphin pretty much rule the action right now.

[Miami,FL] Now is a great time to wet a line in South Florida. Action has been real good on a bunch of the most popular species we encounter.

[Miami,FL] Spring is here and it is the best time to fish South Florida. Look to catch large kingfish, dolphin, tuna, and sailfish. Inshore we still have plenty of big tarpon.

[Miami,FL] July has been very good so far despite a few challenges with the weather. We're still catching tarpon in the bay and snapper on the reefs at night. Bonito are also thick over the reefs during the day.

[Miami,FL] Offshore the action is still pretty good even though it has tappered off a bit. Inshore we still have plenty of tarpon around the inlets and bridges to keep things interesting.

[Miami,FL] Spring fishing was great as we caught lots of sailfish, tuna, dolphin and snapper. Fishing has now switched gears into summer mode.

[Miami,FL] Winter fishing has been a lot of fun to say the least. Luckily we've been able to get in most trips despite some periods of wind ad rain. These trips have been loaded with smiles.

[Miami,FL] The Miami fishing season is here and will be here for coming months. Look for excellent sailfish catches along with good amounts of kingfish, mahi, and spanish mackerel.

[Miami,FL] During the late summer months fishing can be inconsistent at times but if you put in some hard work it usually pays off. Plenty of fish are still being caught both live baiting and bottom fishing.

[Naples,FL] Back to back cold fronts continue to keep everyone guessing. On days when things normalize the fishing has been pretty good.
Conditions Improving! (1/25/2010)
[Miami,FL] Look for some very nice mahi and kingfish to be caught while kite fishing for sails. Closer to shore there will herds of hungry tarpon waiting to gorge themselves during the shrimp runs. Also look for Spanish mackerel to be on the prowl around inlets and anywere were baitfish congregate. These fish are great target on artificials or even fly tackle when they are chummed up into a frenzy.

[Miami,FL] Westerly breezes earlier this month pushed the dolphin or mahi way offshore. Things will probably change soon as winds have switched around. Look for snapper fishing to remain strong for a while.

[Miami,FL] Fishing has been very good so far this June. Schools of dolphin or mahi mahi have moved in and providing steady action. All of the snapper species are on the reefs and keeping rods bent.
