Fall has finally arrived and along with it some good to very good fishing.Offshore, the dolphin (mahi-mahi) are migrating south, sailfish are showing up in better numbers, skipjack tuna are finding the live chum and hitting the kite baits, down deep there are mutton snapper, grouper, and amberjack.

The day sword bite is definitely on! Since my last report I have fished every single day with the exception of 2 days. The vast majority of the trips have been swordfish trips, mostly daytime, some nighttime and also some combo trips.

The fishing in the end of April surprisingly slowed down a bit, but luckily it picked right back up in May. There are still plenty of sailfish around.
